Feedback
Your listing agent will contact you regularly,
even if there hasn't been any activity on your
property. You will be provided with Buyers'
feedback after showings, plus information on
important market changes.
Closing
From the time that you accept an offer until the
day of closing, Heritage Real Estate will handle
all of the details for you! We will provide the
necessary documents to the bank, schedule and
follow up on inspections and the appraisal, keep
on top of the loan approval process, and provide
the necessary documents to the attorneys - again,
keeping you informed all the way!

We will handle all of the details necessary to
ensure that you comply with the "Real Estate
Seller Disclosure Act" and the "Lead
Based Paint Disclosure" rules (in effect
since 1996). We will also explain the mandatory
"Consumer Notice" reviewing the
numerous forms of Agency (in effect since 1999).

appear in the Saturday
"Tribune-Democrat" weekly insert, the
"Real Estate for Sale" booklet and
listed in rotation in the daily
